Job Summary

The main purpose of the Supply Chain Transformation and Analysis is to optimize MAP supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency through the implementation of effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

The position is responsible to work together with respective supply chain department heads to establish standard business processes in MAP and to ensure consistency across the organization. Additionally, this position will consolidate, automate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) from all BUs then to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives through change management.

Another key aspect of the role will involve in digitalization and automation projects within the supply chain, leveraging technology to enhance productivity, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Overall, this position contributions will be instrumental in transforming MAP supply chain operations and team capabilities to meet evolving business needs and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):

  • Monitor S&OP performance metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead the product review process to evaluate product performance, market demand, and lifecycle management strategies.
  • Work with key functions in supply chain to develop Standard Business Processes:
  • Ensure adherence to the processes across the organization through training, documentation, and regular audits.
  • Continuously review and update business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Consolidate and Analyze KPIs for Improvement:

  • Manage Regional KPI Dashboard by Utilizing tools like Power BI then Gather and consolidate KPIs from various SC functions, analyze and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop action plans based on KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Lead Digitalization/Automation in supply chain:

  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Lead the initiatives and implementation of digital tools and systems to improve visibility, efficiency, accuracy, performance and agility in supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing systems and workflows.

Drive Supply Chain Innovation and Best Practices:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
  • Champion a culture of innovation within the supply chain organization, encouraging experimentation and continuous learning.
  • Working together with HR to improve the capabilities of supply chain and operations team
  • SAP Power user (SD, MM and APO) and business process owner

Customs and Trade Compliance Capability Development:

  • Develop a roadmap for building capabilities in customs and trade compliance within the regional supply chain function.
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to international trade regulations and mitigate risks associated with customs compliance.
  • Change Management and Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the regional supply chain organization.
  • Implement process excellence methodologies to identify waste, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, and process improvement roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies
  • Proven track record of successfully leading supply chain transformation initiatives, implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), proficiency in consolidating and analysing KPIs using tools like Power BI to drive performance improvement.
  • Track record of leading digitalization initiatives and implementing digital tools and systems to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Ability to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop action plans based on analysis.
  • Knowledge of S&OP process, with experience in implementing and optimizing S&OP.
  • Strong SAP knowledge particularly SD, MM and APO modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of customs and trade compliance regulations and requirements would be added advantage.
