Company: Motul Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

JOB SUMMARY

Drives measurable growth across APAC by expanding reach, finding new audiences and customer segments, and scaling what works. Prioritise systematic testing over one‑off campaigns, turns learnings into reusable playbooks, and enables local markets to execute at pace with clear targets and templates.

Based in Bangkok, Thailand and reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing APAC, the role will collaborate with stakeholders across 20+ country markets to drive reach expansion, audience growth, experimentation and the scaling of proven programmes. Owns growth levers across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a mandate to improve efficiency and impact at regional scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth & Reach

  • Plan and run cross‑channel campaigns (search, social, display, video) to expand qualified reach and awareness.
  • Test emerging channels and formats quickly and cheaply to identify scalable opportunities.
  • Build and optimise always‑on programmes that compound results over time.
  • Partner with SEO and content teams to increase discoverability and share of voice.
  • Design audience frameworks (prospecting, affinity, lookalike and remarketing) to unlock new segments across markets.

Experimentation and CRO

  • Define hypotheses and run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, forms and funnels.
  • Improve conversion rates to lower CPA/CPL and unlock scale without linear budget increases.
  • Standardise winners into concise growth playbooks (set‑up, audiences, messaging, QA) for local reuse.

Data and measurement

  • Build clear dashboards that show what is working (and what is not) across markets.
  • Track key growth metrics: reach, new‑to‑brand share, traffic, CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS.
  • Set up and maintain robust tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, offline conversions) to close the loop.
  • Report learnings and next actions weekly with concise scale/stop/start recommendations.

Automation and scale

  • Use AI or bidding algorithms to manage budgets and bidding within guardrails.
  • Create audience and remarketing structures that can be copied to other markets.
  • Create modular campaigns and templates so regions do not have to start from zero.

Cross functional work

  • Work with content to develop high‑intent, high‑reach assets that attract new audiences and convert.
  • Align with product and sales on qualification definitions and clean handover of leads/opportunities.
  • Train and support local market teams to ensure adoption of growth playbooks and consistent execution.

Measures of Success

  • Incremental reach and new-to-brand audience growth across priority markets.
  • Conversion-rate improvement across key funnels.
  • Cost efficiency (CPL/CPA) while scaling.
  • Pipeline/revenue attributed to digital channels.
  • Experiment velocity and adoption of playbooks by markets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within a regional or multi‑market role.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, experimentation, funnel optimisation, and analytics.
  • Skilled at using data to identify growth opportunities and prioritise experiments.
  • Familiar with common digital tracking and measurement tools (GA4, GTM, ad platforms, Looker Studio or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects across markets.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian language is an advantage.
  • Able to travel regionally across APAC when required
