Responsibilities

CONTENT CREATION

  • Produce high-quality video and photo content for deployment on digital platforms, social media, websites, and physical displays.
  • Capture, edit, and deliver compelling visual content that effectively tells the Motul brand story and enhances user engagement.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard creative content ideas, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Manage live streaming sessions for product launches, events, and behind-the-scenes content – nice to have.
  • Use photography and videography skills to create content for social media, marketing campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Optimize video and photo content for SEO and specific platform requirements to improve discoverability and user experience – nice to have.
  • Manage and edit content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
  • Develop and manage video content calendars, ensuring consistent posting across all digital channels.
  • Adapt media files for various platforms, ensuring high-quality display and compatibility with different formats.

 

COLLABORATION

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product managers and HR, to align content with overall brand strategy, corporate communications and employer branding.
  • Engage with audience feedback and analytics to refine content strategies, driving higher engagement and storytelling impact.

 

CONTENT PLANNING

  • Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns, aligning with product launches, regional activations, and sponsorships.
  • Plan and execute content that aligns with key marketing initiatives, including motorsport sponsorships, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Utilize design thinking to improve user experience and increase content performance across platforms. 
  • Support the Digital Team and HR department with ad-hoc projects, internal communications, and marketing events as needed.

 

Educational Qualifications/Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Film Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant video and photo content projects.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in video and photo content creation, with a portfolio showcasing both short and long-form content.
  • Proficiency in relevant video/photo editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Experience in live streaming and managing multimedia content across social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content creators, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to conceptualize and produce visually compelling content.
  • Passion for motorsports and automotive industries is preferred.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage external stakeholders. 
  • Able to travel overseas with the APAC region

 

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
